Job Description
The
Events Director supports the planning and execution of Chamber events, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for members. The goal of this role is to elevate event quality while supporting fellow Board Members’ initiatives. This position will also serve as the main event planner for the Wedding Chamber's 10th Birthday Party. Coordinating logistics such as F&B contracts, ticket pricing and sales, and communicating with the Board and Vendors are a priority.
This is a highly front-line position, ideal for a wedding or event planner looking to gain experience, build relationships, and connect with more wedding professionals and venues.

Job Description
The
Community Outreach Director leads the Chamber’s community service efforts and charitable initiatives. The goal of this role is to strengthen the Chamber’s impact through meaningful outreach, with a primary focus on producing the annual Vegas Marries the Military program. This is achieved by coordinating projects, managing volunteer efforts, and building partnerships within the community.
This is a front-facing position, ideal for someone with nonprofit experience or a wedding/event professional who is passionate about giving back.

Job Description
The
Government Affairs Director serves as the liaison between the Vegas Wedding Chamber and the elected officials and government entities that oversee the wedding industry. The goal of this role is to ensure the industry’s voice is represented in key discussions and decisions. This is achieved by maintaining relationships with stakeholders, attending meetings, and leading the Government Affairs Committee, including candidate endorsements for the 2026 election.
This is a strategic-facing position, ideal for someone interested in politics, available for evening engagements, and eager to take a leadership role in advocacy.
